LSZ Screw Conveyor Press
The screw press is a supporting equipment of the grid shed decontamination machine. The screen slag collected by the grid shed machine is pressed through the machine to remove its moisture and reduce the volume of the screen slag. It is suitable for continuous and even transportation of loose, sticky, and easy-to-tangle materials.
Screw press adopts the principle of physical extrusion dewatering, no need to provide additional heat source in the dewatering process, compared with similar drying equipment with very low energy consumption.
The Parameters of the spiral auger have been analyzed through mechanical calculations, and a special process is used to increase the axial thrust, completely solving the problems of being unable to continue working due to slippage, bridging, material return, axle reporting, etc., and the throughput per unit time is greatly increased.
The dewatering process does not require the addition of flocculants and other auxiliary agents, without additional costs, and will not affect the secondary utilization of materials.
Can realize unattended, continuous work, overload protection, automatic alarm and other functions
