The pressurized dissolved air of this equipment is completed by the Niconi pump. After treatment, the clean water flows back to the Niconi pump, and then enters the flotation tank after being mixed with air and water. Untreated sewage enters the air flotation tank. During the rising process, the sewage is fully mixed with the return water after dissolved gas and enters the air flotation section.
Due to the imbalance between the air-water mixture and the liquid, a vertical upward buoyancy force is generated, which brings the solid suspended matter to the water surface. During the floating process, microbubbles will attach to the suspended matter. After reaching the water surface, the solid suspended matter will be suspended. Objects rely on the support of these bubbles to remain on the water surface and are removed by the thrust of radiating airflow.
The suspended solids of objects floating on the water are continuously removed by the Scraper. The Scraper moves along the entire liquid surface and pushes the suspended solids from the inlet end of the air flotation tank to the outlet end. The scraper of the Scraper is fixed at both ends of the chain, and the Scraper is driven by a motor-driven transmission device. The Scraper moves along the entire width of the tank, scraping the contaminants onto the sloping metal plate and pushing it into the scum discharge pipe for discharge. The purified sewage is discharged through the overflow pipe. The overflow tank is used to control the water level in the flotation tank to ensure that the liquid in the tank does not flow into the scum discharge pipe.
