The working principle of the Hydraulic Reciprocating Sludge Scraper is that the wedge-shaped scraper moves back and forth along the bottom of the pool driven by hydraulic power to scrape off the sludge. When the scraper moves forward, the wedge-shaped concave surface that transports sludge is in the same direction as the sludge pit. During the return movement, the wedge point is inserted into the covering sludge layer. The return speed is approximately twice the forward speed, so The sludge flows on the scraper toward the mud pit, making the sludge transportation uninterrupted. When the sludge forms a sludge covering layer at the bottom of the sedimentation tank, the reciprocating movement of the scraper scrapes it off. When the sludge flows along the bottom of the tank, the reciprocating movement of the scraper can effectively improve the concentration process of the sludge.
