FJSL Non-Metallic Chain Scraper
Non-metallic chain-type mud scrapers are mainly used for scraping and removing mud and sand from the bottom of rectangular tanks such as advection (rectangular) sedimentation tanks, especially grit tanks, primary sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks and grease traps in sewage treatment projects.
Scraper block number, scraping mud ability; scraper moving speed is slow, the sewage disturbance is small, is conducive to sedimentation of mud and sand.
Scraper in the pool for continuous linear movement, do not have to go back and forth to change the direction, so do not need Stroke switch, the drive is located in the pool top of the platform, power distribution and maintenance are very simple.
It can be used as a skimmer at the same time without the need for an additional mechanism.
There are no heavy structural components and supports in the system, Low System Energy Consumption.
It is suitable for skimming and bottom scraping operations on the inner surface of rectangular primary and secondary sedimentation tanks; sludge accumulation and bottom scraping operations on the inner surface of Orbicular tanks, and surface skimming applications of various pool shapes.
