WL Rotary Drum Grater/microfilter
This machine is suitable for solid-liquid separation of industrial wastewater. It can remove dirt with suspended particles larger than 0.2 mm. The sewage enters the buffer tank from the inlet. The special buffer tank allows the sewage level to enter the inner mesh cylinder slowly and evenly.
This product forms an angle of about 35 degrees with the flow of water, and due to the formation of baffles, even many dirt items smaller than the grating gap can be separated.
Waterless bearings are used and the liner is of the quick release type;
Equipped with a flushing device with self-cleaning function.
The product has a cylindrical structure that increases overflow, reduces head loss, and decreases the buildup plane in front of it compared to traditional grids.
All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel and acid washed and passivated; Rotary drum fine grating machine is suitable for domestic wastewater and most industrial water, with high corrosion resistance.
By integrating the salvage, transportation and compression processes, it not only saves floor space, but also reduces the cost of subsequent treatment of waste.
Little maintenance is required and there is no need for refueling at the point of rotation, the drive is refueled very infrequently.
