The machine is a special rake tooth made of ABS engineering plastics, nylon 66, nylon 1010 or stainless steel. It is assembled on the rake tooth shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake tooth chain. The lower part is installed in the water inlet channel and is used in the transmission. Driven by the system, the entire rake tooth chain (water-facing working surface) moves from bottom to top, carrying solid debris and separating it from the liquid. The liquid flows through the Grid Gap of the rake teeth, and the entire working process proceeds continuously.
Due to the reasonable design of the rake tooth structure, when the rake tooth chain carries debris to the upper end and moves in reverse, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between the two rows of rake teeth connected front and back, thereby causing the debris to fall off by gravity. A pair of rubber brushes at the rear of the equipment are opposite to the movement direction of the rake tooth chain, ensuring that each row of rake teeth can be thoroughly cleaned when it moves to that position.
